These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ph7990 ("ph7990," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph7990.cam ("Platform"). Creating an account with false date-of-birth information constitutes fraud and may result in criminal referral in addition to account closure. 3.3 KYC Verification

3.4 Account Security Obligations

Any activity conducted under your account credentials — whether authorized by you or not — is deemed to be your activity and your responsibility unless you have promptly notified ph7990 of unauthorized access. All financial transactions on the ph7990 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph7990 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, BPI) may impose its own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph7990 currently accepts deposits via the following channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods may change without notice due to technical, regulatory, or commercial considerations.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method: ₱100 for GCash and Maya; ₱500 for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank); ₱200 for Coins.ph; ₱100 for 7-Eleven CLiQQ; ₱500 equivalent for USDT TRC20. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are subject to the limits imposed by the relevant payment provider and by ph7990's internal risk management systems, which may be adjusted at any time.

4.3 Source of Funds

By depositing funds into your ph7990 account, you represent and warrant that the deposited funds are legitimately yours, are not the proceeds of criminal activity, and that the deposit does not violate any applicable anti-money laundering laws. ph7990 reserves the right to conduct enhanced source-of-funds checks on large or unusual deposits and to freeze funds pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect illicit financial activity.

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph7990 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, reporting to PAGCOR, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities.

• Fraud: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, chargebacks, reverse deposits, or any other form of financial fraud directed at ph7990 or its payment processors.
• Money Laundering: Using ph7990 as a vehicle for depositing, cycling, or withdrawing funds for the purpose of concealing the illicit origin of those funds. ph7990 is required to and does report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.

• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one ph7990 account, whether in your own name or using alternative identities.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly placing bets on erroneous odds, exploiting software bugs, or continuing to play after becoming aware of a game malfunction rather than reporting it to support.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or disputes with your bank or GCash without first raising the matter with ph7990 support. Chargeback abuse will result in immediate account suspension and debt recovery proceedings.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph7990 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial, entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the ph7990 Platform without ph7990's prior written consent. Unauthorized use of ph7990 intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph7990's total aggregate liability to any player — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with the ph7990 Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph7990 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising from:

• Any failure or disruption to the Platform caused by third-party service providers, including payment processors, internet service providers, or game content suppliers;
• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Loss of winnings, profits, or expected savings arising from a technical malfunction, error, or disconnection;
• Your reliance on any information provided on the ph7990 Platform as investment, financial, or legal advice;
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, war, pandemic, regulatory action, or infrastructure failure beyond ph7990's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ph7990's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

ph7990 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations, as administered by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the ph7990 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

ph7990 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party commercial entities for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR and AMLC), payment processors necessary for transaction processing, and identity verification service providers as required by law or for platform operations. ph7990 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective upon posting to the ph7990 website at ph7990.cam/terms-conditions. These Terms and all matters arising from or related to your use of the ph7990 Platform are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and ph7990, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through ph7990's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. ph7990 undertakes to acknowledge formal disputes within three (3) business days and to provide a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days of acknowledgment.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable procedural rules. Disputes that are not resolved through the foregoing mechanisms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action proceedings, class-wide arbitration, or consolidated claims with other players against ph7990, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
